A classroom-based learning environment for children and teenagers. Used for Sprout Spark, Teen Titans and Sprout Stars programmes, not for executive coaching.
What You Want to Know
If speaking situations make you anxious or you tend to avoid them, BES Executive is your track. If you already speak regularly but want to be more strategic, persuasive, or commanding at a senior level, the Executive Communication Program is designed for you. If you are unsure, fill in the form and we will have a short conversation to help you decide.
Yes. If your coach feels you are ready to move from BES Executive into the Executive Communication Program, or if you realise you need a different starting point, we can adjust. Your coach will guide this conversation with you honestly.
Completely around you. There are no fixed cohorts or intake dates. You and your coach agree on a rhythm that works: weekly, biweekly, or accelerated. Sessions can be rescheduled with no penalty. We understand executive calendars change.
Yes. While in-person sessions at Zarafa in Kilimani are ideal, we offer full online coaching for executives who travel frequently or are based outside Nairobi. You can also mix formats based on your schedule.
Encouraged. Particularly for the Executive Communication track, we use your real board presentations, stakeholder addresses, media briefs, and team communications as practice material. This ensures every session delivers immediate practical value.
SproutHub is your private coaching dashboard. Session content, video recordings, progress tracking, and payment management all live in one place. It replaces scattered WhatsApp messages and email threads with a structured platform. Learn more about SproutHub →
Your recordings are accessible only to you and your coach through SproutHub. We never publish, share, or use any coaching footage without your explicit written permission. Recordings are retained for the duration of your coaching engagement plus a short review period afterward, and you can request full deletion at any time by contacting your coach.
Yes. Both tracks are available as corporate programmes. Select "Company" in the registration form, choose the number of executives, and we will coordinate scheduling and onboarding for your team.
Yes. Both tracks offer flexible payment plans. You can secure your spot with an initial instalment and pay the balance before the programme ends. Payment is via M-Pesa or credit/debit card through SproutHub.
All adult and executive coaching on this page is held at Zarafa, 3rd Floor, opposite Yaya Centre, Kilimani, Nairobi, an executive boardroom environment. This is separate from Sprout's children's programmes, which run at TRC, Tigoni Road, opposite Naivas Kilimani Mall. Online sessions are also available for executive clients.
