Sprout Speakers is a 12-week personal development and communication program that helps children understand themselves, handle everyday choices, relate to others and express their ideas with clarity. Every child follows an age-specific curriculum, works with a real coach and receives feedback they can use at home, at school and in the world beyond the stage. Available online and in person at TRC Kilimani.

Sprout does not teach children to copy one version of confidence. Each week connects a practical life skill with communication, so children learn to understand what is happening, make a responsible choice and express it in a voice that feels like their own.
Naming what they feel, noticing their own strengths, and making sense of everyday choices.
Practical tools for handling nerves, disappointment and decisions, in the spotlight and outside it.
Listening, respect, and working well with people who see things differently.
Taking ownership of their own work, decisions and follow-through, at a level appropriate to their age.
Organizing a thought, saying it out loud, and being understood, on stage and in everyday conversation.
Your Child Joins the Track Built for Their Exact Stage.
A 7-year-old and a 16-year-old are working through very different questions. Sprout has three separate tracks, each running the same 12-week program at a level matched to that age group.
For the child who has a lot to say but loses the words once others are watching. Sessions use play, movement, drawings and short explanations to build the habit of speaking up.

The pre-teen years bring harder social choices and friendships. Teen Titan works through realistic situations and guided reflection, so speaking up feels natural rather than performed.

Older teenagers are ready for harder questions. Sprout Star examines identity, relationships, money, media, future direction and ethical leadership, alongside more advanced speaking skills.

SproutHub securely holds your child's assignments, reflections, recordings, feedback and evidence of progress, for the whole 12 weeks.
You'll be invited to three sessions during the program, to review progress, talk through relationships, money and digital life, and support your child's growing independence without taking over their work.
