Not at all. We work with complete beginners who avoid speaking entirely, as well as experienced speakers who want to refine their skills. The Sprouts Model meets you exactly where you are and builds from there.
This is completely normal. You record in your own space, at your own pace. No one sees these videos except your coach, who reviews them privately. Most students say this was the part they worried about most but ended up loving.
Most students notice increased confidence by week 3. By week 5, you'll feel significantly more comfortable speaking. After 7 weeks, you'll have the tools and confidence to handle any speaking situation that comes your way.
Just a smartphone or laptop with internet for Zoom classes, and a simple tripod stand for recording (we'll guide you on this). Nothing fancy or expensive. If you can video call a friend, you have everything you need.
Life happens, we get it. You can watch recordings for free, or book makeup sessions for KES 2,500 each. If you miss more than half the program, we can move you to the next cohort at no extra cost.
