Resilience They Can Use. Communication They Can Practise.
Resilience they can use
Children learn practical ways to respond to mistakes, disappointment, nerves and pressure without giving up. Resilience is taught directly and reinforced through daily speaking practice.
Communication they practise
Each child learns to organise ideas, develop an original speech and communicate it clearly through structured practice and constructive feedback.
Confidence they earn
Daily practice helps children become more comfortable expressing themselves before other people. In one focused week, they can make visible progress and leave with tools they can continue practising.
Five Coaching Days. One Showcase.
One Speech They Own.
Find Your Why
Learn what resilience means and why it matters. Choose one topic from the Speech Bank, something genuinely theirs.
Feel It, Structure It
Learn to work with big feelings instead of being run by them. Build the real shape of a speech: opening, body, close.
Speak With Your Whole Self
Learn to work with the voice inside their head. Master vocal delivery and body language on stage.
Stand Firm
Learn to hold their ground under pressure. Practise recovering from nerves and mistakes, live.
Bring It Together
Build a resilience plan to take home. Final rehearsal of the finished speech.
Showcase Day (Saturday)
Live presentation in front of family and friends.
Showcase Day is not a recital.
Your child does not simply recite lines to the family. They communicate something meaningful in their own words, drawing on five days of resilience coaching, speech development, rehearsal and feedback.
The Sprout Kids Championship Is Open Now
Kids who finish Built For This walk into the Championship already prepared. Showcase Day gives them their first real stage, and the speech they build here becomes the foundation of their competition piece. Entries are open, so if your child is ready, you can apply directly.
