Online Personalized Coaching (Kes 8,000/month): Your child meets with their dedicated coach via Zoom for 90-minute sessions. Perfect if you’re budget-conscious, live outside our service area, or prefer the convenience of learning from home without travel.

At-Home Coaching (Kes 15,000/month): The coach physically comes to your home for 90-minute sessions. Ideal if your child learns better in person, you want zero screen time, or you live within 15km of Kilimani.

Both formats use the same curriculum, same expert coaches, and same Sprout Model. The only difference is delivery method and price.

Each session is 90 minutes. This gives us enough time for real, focused work without exhausting your child. We typically spend the first 10 minutes warming up and reviewing last week’s practice, 60 minutes on new skills and activities, and the final 10-15 minutes with you in a parent debrief where we share what your child learned and what to practice at home.

90 minutes is the sweet spot. Long enough that we can dig deep into skills without rushing. Short enough that kids stay engaged and don’t burn out.

Absolutely. Life happens, and we understand that. Just give us 24 hours notice and we’ll work with you to find another time that same week.

If your child is sick, you have a family emergency, or something unexpected comes up, we’re flexible. The coach will reach out within a few hours with alternative time slots. Most families are able to reschedule within the same week, so your child doesn’t fall behind.

We do ask that rescheduling stays reasonable (not every single week), but we’re here to work with your real life, not against it.

Yes, and you save money when they do. Here’s how sibling pricing works:

Online Personalized: Two siblings Kes 14,000/month (8k + 6k). Three siblings Kes 19,000/month (8k + 6k + 5k).

At Home: Two siblings Kes 25,000/month (15k + 10k). Three siblings Kes 33,000/month (15k + 10k + 8k).

We keep the maximum at 3 children to maintain quality. The coach needs to give each child individual attention, and more than 3 makes that difficult in a 90-minute session.

Age considerations: Siblings work best together when they’re in the same age tier (6-9, 10-13, or 14-17) or close enough that the coach can adapt activities for both.

We serve families within 15km of Kilimani. This includes: Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Parklands, Hurlingham, Runda, Karen, Muthaiga, Spring Valley, Riverside, Loresho, Ridgeways, Gigiri, and Rosslyn.

Yes, you can switch formats anytime. Some families start with online to test the fit, then upgrade to at-home once they’re confident. Others do the opposite if schedules change or they relocate.

Just let us know at least one week before the switch. We’ll adjust your billing and coordinate with your coach to ensure smooth transition. There’s no penalty or additional fee for switching.

Yes. Our coaches are experienced adapting to different learning styles, paces, and needs. We’ve worked successfully with children who have ADHD, mild autism spectrum traits, sensory sensitivities, and various learning differences.

Home coaching (both online and at-home) is often ideal for these children because we can customize the pace completely to their processing speed, take breaks when needed, use teaching methods that match their learning style, and work in a comfortable familiar environment.

Important note: We’re public speaking coaches, not therapists or special education specialists. For children who need specialized clinical support beyond communication skills, we recommend partnering with appropriate specialists. We’re happy to coordinate with therapists or educators already working with your child.

We offer intensive competition prep at Kes 3,500 per session. This works for World Scholars Cup, debate championships, school speaking competitions, auditions, or any high-stakes presentation.

How it works: In addition to regular weekly sessions, we schedule focused prep sessions where the coach works specifically on your child’s competition piece. This includes refining their speech, practice runs with detailed feedback, working on weak points, mock Q&A sessions, performance video analysis, and strategic coaching on judges’ expectations.

Most families book 3-6 competition prep sessions in the 2-3 weeks leading up to the event.

The minimum commitment is 3 months, paid monthly.

Why 3 months? Real transformation takes time. In our experience, children need at least 10-12 sessions to internalize skills and build genuine confidence. Three months gives your child enough time to move past the awkward beginner phase and start seeing real growth.

After the initial 3 months, you can continue month-to-month for as long as you want, or pause if needed. The full program is 24 sessions over 6 months, which is when most families see complete transformation.

We have three separate programs designed for different developmental stages:

Ages 6-9: Focus on basic confidence, clear speaking, and expressing ideas. Activities are playful and concrete. We work on volume, eye contact, and simple storytelling.

Ages 10-13: Building persuasion skills, organizing thoughts, and adapting messages for different audiences. More sophisticated activities, peer-aware content.

Ages 14-17: Advanced rhetorical skills, debate techniques, interview preparation, and purposeful communication. We treat them as young adults and work on real-world applications like college interviews and leadership presentations.

Each program uses age-appropriate curriculum, language, and teaching methods. We don’t just simplify the same content. We build completely different programs for each stage.
