Most programs teach a style. Sprout starts with who your child actually is, then builds the three skills that make a speaker genuinely compelling regardless of personality.
Before anything else, we work on identity and authenticity. A child who knows what they stand for does not need to perform confidence. They already have it.
Breathing, pace, tone, volume, pause, and body language that matches the message. These are learnable mechanics. We teach them deliberately, at every age level.
Word choice that makes people sit up, stories that hold attention, arguments that reach the right conclusion. Words are a craft. We teach it from age 6 to 17.

We do not stretch one curriculum across 11 years. A 7-year-old and a 16-year-old are entirely different. Sprout has three separate programs, three separate books, and three coaching approaches to match.
For the child who goes quiet in groups, who has a lot to say but loses the words when a room looks at them. Sprout Spark builds the foundational habit of speaking up through play, real practice, and genuine encouragement.
The middle school years are socially brutal. Everything feels high-stakes and peer judgement is everywhere. Teen Titan helps them find confidence in themselves first, so speaking up feels authentic rather than terrifying.
A 28-session program for young adults who are done being talked down to. The work goes deep into identity, voice as a physical instrument, and language as deliberate craft. It ends with a Capstone Presentation that is entirely, unmistakably theirs.
