A quick walkthrough of how to sign up, choose your program, and pay. The whole process takes under five minutes.
Two Ways to Enrol
How you sign up depends on whether you are joining a standard program or need something customised.
Sign Up on SproutHub
Pick your program, fill in your details, choose a cohort, and pay. Your SproutHub account is created as part of enrolment. No account exists without a program.
Start With a Conversation
Fill out the interest form on the program page. Our team follows up, clarifies your needs, agrees on scope and pricing, and raises an invoice. You pay and the program starts.
Three Steps to Get Started
This is the process for all standard programs on SproutHub.
Your Details
Start by visiting the enrolment link for your chosen program. You will be asked for basic details so we can set up your account and send your confirmation.
For parents enrolling a child: parent's name, phone, and email, plus the child's name and age group. You can add multiple children to the same order.
Choose Your Cohort
Pick from the available cohorts for your program. Each cohort shows the format (online or in-person), location, price, and how many spots remain. Cohorts run on different days and times, so choose the schedule that works for you.
Review and Pay
Check your details, confirm your enrolment, and choose how you would like to pay. Once payment is confirmed, your SproutHub account is activated and you are ready to go.
Pay Your Way
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card details. For custom programs (executive, corporate, home coaching), bank transfer is available and arranged directly with our team.
Before You Check Out
You cannot create a SproutHub account first and browse. You pick a program, enrol, and your account is created as part of that process.
Parents can add more than one child to the same order. Each child's program is priced individually. The order total is the sum of all programs selected.
Each cohort has limited spots. The enrolment screen shows how many spots remain. If your preferred cohort is full, check for the next available one or contact us for help.
All payment confirmations, receipts, and invoices are available in your SproutHub dashboard under billing. You can download them anytime.
For executive coaching, home coaching, and corporate training, fill out the interest form on the relevant program page. Our team handles the rest.
