Should I choose online or in-person classes for my child?
Both options offer unique benefits. Online classes provide access to our student portal with structured learning materials and recorded sessions that can be reviewed anytime. This option is more affordable and accessible for families unable to travel to our coaching center. In-person classes offer more hands-on interaction with coaches and peers, creating an immersive learning environment. Consider your child's learning style and your family's schedule when deciding.
How experienced are the coaches?
Our coaches specialize in working with children and young adults. They are skilled at identifying each child's unique challenges and strengths, then creating personalized approaches to foster growth and confidence. Each coach has extensive training in youth development, public speaking, and communication skills. They create a supportive environment where children feel comfortable practicing and developing their skills.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We do not offer direct refunds for our programs. However, if your child cannot attend after registration, we provide the flexibility to enroll them in future classes at a prorated rate. This ensures you don't lose your investment while allowing us to maintain our class sizes and quality instruction. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible to secure your spot in an upcoming session.
