What program is right for my child's age?

Ages 6 to 9 join Sprout Spark. Ages 10 to 13 join Teen Titan. Ages 14 to 17 join Sprout Stars. Each group has its own curriculum, its own age-specific book, and its own coach approach. Your child is never in a room with children four years older or younger.

Do you work with complete beginners?

Always. The Sprout Model begins with Naturalness. We start from who the person actually is. Our shyest students consistently become our most confident. We meet beginners exactly where they are, whether they are 7 or 37, and the structure of the program ensures they move forward from day one.

What if we miss a session?

For SproutHub and BES online programmes, recordings are available within one hour of every session. For the adult BES programme, makeup sessions are available at KES 3,500 each. If more than half a cohort is missed, we move you to the next intake at no extra cost.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts, no cancellation fees. For monthly programmes, cancel before the next billing date. We want families and learners who are excited to be here, not people trapped by paperwork.

What is Becoming an Effective Speaker?

BES is our flagship 8-session public speaking course for working adults. It runs online (max 20 students) and in-person at Zarafa, Kilimani (max 8 students). You get personal video feedback on every speech, a structured learning book, and a certificate of completion.

Where are classes held?

Children's in-person classes and holiday programmes run at Sprout Centre, TRC, Tigoni Road, opposite Naivas Kilimani. Adult BES in-person classes and executive coaching happen at Zarafa, 3rd Floor, opposite Yaya Centre, Kilimani. Both online and in-person options are available for all programmes.
